With 1.35 million tons of production capacity, Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. is a world leading supplier of ductile iron pipes. The predecessor of the company was a small iron and steel plant established in 1971. After nearly 4 decades of development, restructuring and innovations, the company has developed into a trans-regional, cross-sector and TID integrated key enterprise in China, and has developed into the largest production base of D.I. pipes in China.
The company's main business includes the production and sales of centrifugal cast ductile iron pipes, fittings, grey cast iron drainage pipes, steel gratings, steel smelting and rolling processing, foundry products, and so on, which currently has five main product series:
Xinxing D.I. Pipes: the annual capacity reaches 1.35 million tons, with size ranges from DN80 to DN2600mm and various joints of T-type, K-type, S-type, N-type and anchored joint. The pipes are applied with various kinds of anti-corrosion coatings, the inside surface can be lined with cement mortar, epoxy bitumen, epoxy resin and epoxy ceramic material, etc.. The production scale and comprehensive technical strength ranks the world leading position. The domestic market share has been up to 40%, and 30% of the pipes are exported to 79 countries and regions in the world.
Xinxing D.I. Fittings: the annual capacity reaches 45,000 tons, which are produced with V-EPC process. The company can develop and produce different kinds of fittings according to user’s requirement to meet different construction conditons.
Xinxing Iron and Steel: the annual capacity reaches 2.6 million tons. The class Ⅲ Ⅳ high strength ribbed bar and round bar is produced according to American and British standards, and the ribbed bar has won the national “Golden Cup Award” of metallurgical product Quality, which is the free-of-inspection product in China.
Xinxing Steel Gratings: The annual capacity reaches 80,000 tons, can be widely used as the industrial platforms, fences and covers of ditch in different fields like chemical plant, iron and steel plant, power plant, oil field, construction, transportation, and so on, 70% of the products are exported to dozens of countries such as Japan, Singapore etc.
Xinxing steel-plastic compound pipe: The annual capacity reaches 3 million meters, produce a full range of steel-plastic compound pipe from Ф14 ~ Ф200 mm. The company has been in charge of formulating the industry standard "steel-plastic compound pipe" (CJ / T 183-2003).The technique solved the global problem of steel degumming, with the excellent properties, particularly suitable for the water and heat supply in the high-rise buildings, as well as high-pressure liquid, gas transportation in foodstuff and chemical enterprises.
